Every evaluation is structured, transparent, and designed to withstand scrutiny from opposing experts and the court. This includes a thorough review of medical records, a 90–120 minute diagnostic interview, several hours of targeted testing, consultation with the retaining party, and a comprehensive written report that clearly answers the referral questions.

Neuropsychological IMEs typically occur over two separate appointments (interview and a later full day of testing), while Psychological IMEs are usually completed in a single day with testing following the interview.

How to Retain Dr. Black for Forensic Services

Location

Our primary clinic is located in Boise, Idaho. For an additional travel fee, Dr. Black is available to perform on-site IMEs in Coeur D’Alene, Moscow, Twin Falls, and Idaho Falls; availability may vary depending on case needs and scheduling.
