Treatment

Following a neurocognitive diagnosis, we provide psychiatric medication management and targeted psychotherapy coordinated with your primary medical team. For convenient access, we offer telehealth services.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We only provide psychiatric medical management and targeted psychotherapy to patients who have a primary neurological disorder who are also experiencing behavioral or emotional changes associated with their neurological condition. We are also unable to accommodate patients with a high degree of psychiatric acuity who require more intensive interventions, such as an adult day program or partial hospitalization program.

Short-term, Targeted Psychotherapy

Dr. Black offers targeted psychotherapy to assist individuals in navigating these changes and learning to thrive despite their neurological condition. He uses an integrative approach, combining in-depth psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and interpersonal psychotherapy.
